GENERALIST STRUCTURED FINANCE (M/W/D)

Ihre Aufgaben
  • The Generalist Structured Finance will work fulltime with the Group Head Treasury and Finance and the team to develop and extend MeinAuto debt financing strategy to support the groups’ growth. 
  • Together with your team, you drive the sourcing and execution of new debt financing deals, supporting the due diligence process and setting up necessary legal and administrative structures in time.
  • You keep an eye on legal documentation and ensure that all agreed covenants are met.  
  • Support in the short and medium liquidity planning and respective steering within the Group.
  • Monitoring of interest rate risk taking into account hedging instruments. 


Ihr Profil

 

  • Relevant work experience in corporate finance and banking, ideally first experience in Structured Finance. Experience in automotive financing is a plus.
  • Familiar with credit- and security-documentation
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Strong analytical skills and work with great attention to detail.
  • High degree of flexibility and hands on mentality.  
  • Dedication, ability to work in teams and very good experience of MS – Office. Power PV and Power BI are a plus.
