The MeinAuto & Mobility Concept Group is looking for a visionary and experienced leader to take on the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this strategic position, you will drive the IT agenda for two dynamic and fast-growing companies in the mobility and leasing space – MeinAuto GmbH and Mobility Concept GmbH – while aligning with the global IT vision of our parent company, Mobilize Lease&Co.
Your primary workplace will be our modern office in Cologne, with occasional business travel to our locations in Oberhaching (near Munich) and Leipzig.

Your Role:
As CIO, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive IT strategy across our B2C and B2B services. You will ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and technological innovation across all platforms – from cloud-native eCommerce to regulated financial IT systems.Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated IT strategy aligned with business and global IT objectives
- Drive digital transformation, process optimization, and innovation initiatives
- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, application management, and cybersecurity
- Ensure compliance with BAIT, ZAIT, DORA, ISO 27001, GDPR, and ITIL standards
- Lead the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Modernize and optimize the IT landscape, including cloud and legacy systems
- Foster a high-performing IT organization of 40+ employees using agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices
- Manage stakeholder communication and align IT priorities with business goals
- Promote continuous improvement, talent development, and a collaborative culture
